Support job character increaseFollow

Does anyone know for sure just how much support job helps? I mean I know it helps a bit but not as much I as looked forward to. Am 20 war 18 red now and started as red and got help from higher level characters for the support job quest items, got crab apron on my own in a party that lotteries to me, worm and the skull in two kills with a linkshell dude that was 34 war and 17 thief with treasrue hunter job trait who got me both in two kills each, damselflies and ghouls respectively. Anyways I would love to hear from those that knows support job hp, mp, stats increase more then me at least if not know it for sure, like from the company or know people from the company that gave out the info.
