Okay I am at a lost about the new teleport system, can someone detail how it works, what quests need to be done, and who I should talk to in the different cities. I am a resident of San and someone stated do the supply quest and I did and it just lets me do it over again any real help would be appreciated...

New Teleporation System???? From quest?Follow
1. Get a supply quest from a guard (you will be given a choice of all the regions under your nations control).
2. Kite and kill the guard, sell his armor in the AH.
3. Travel to the outpost in the target region and talk to the guard (pretend like you don't know anything about his buddy's death).
4. If you delivered the supplies before the next conquest Tally you will be given the option to warp to and from that outpost for about 200gil. You need to be over level 20 to warp.
5. Once you have run a supply quest to a region, you will be able to warp to there regardless of national control (so I understand)
Oh, the warp out NPC for bastok is in the Metalworks, so I would guess the Sand Oreo NPC is in the château.

I talked to the gate guard and got a supply quest to wronfare from san maybe we had no control. I will try again tonight.

Sincerely doubt it, since you aren't allowed into the Chateau 'till you have sufficient Rank. My guess is that it's near the west Watchtower gate, or somewhere else near the walls, just like the immigration office.
i was able to TP from outpost back to town. when i did this supply quest, the outpost was under my country control. i could TP to it for 200g. i never got the option to TP back to town (knew it was a bug).
yesterday when i checked on a whim, i was offered to TP for 800g. hopefully when the area is under my country control it drops to 200g.

The San d'Orian NPC is named Jeansomethingorother and is under a tree near the West Gate in North San d'Oria.
In order to teleport from an outpost, you need to talk to the guy who sells stuff. You won't get a Teleportation option if you talk to the R.K./I.M./W.W.
