Ok i'm a little confused on this. I'm in Jeuno lvl 21 and I need to go back to san d'oria. Yesterday I could get a chocobo for 120 or so gil. Today its 500 something and fluctuates a bit. Does the price drop in time or what? i'm confused why is it so expensive now?
The price varies with the number of people buying them. If it is a busy time and a lot of people are buying chocobos then the price goes up.
The price will go back down after a bit.

oh ok I see. sucks for me tho I have just a bit under 500 gil and he wants 530 :( heh

right after i got my chocobo license. I paid 30gil in Jueno for a chocobo.. Man what a shock when i went to get another.... 320gil.
