Want to use the Spike Necklace for the DEX +3 and STR +3 but have passed it over because the -6 MND will make you less resistant to spells? Well you can at least use it to enhance your specials with the following macro.

/ja "Sneak Attack" <me>
/wait 1
/ja "Trick Attack" <me>
/equip neck "Spike Necklace"
/wait 6
/equip neck "[original neckware]"

This way when you do sneak + trick you'll have the buffs and debuffs from the Spike Necklace only during the special. Unfortunatly there is no way to do the same with a sneak/trick/WS without using two seperate macros.

Adjust the resolution of menus.
The main screen resolution for "FINAL FANTASY XI" is dependent on the "Overlay Graphics Resolution" setting.
If the Overlay Graphics Resolution is set higher than the Menu Resolution, menus will be automatically resized.

I thought of it first:

it really helps red mages bounce back and forth between melee and casting. You can macro a heal with a wand or staff and macro the fighting with your sword. Same for stat armor too. Now after two sets of armor and weapons find a place for your loot ;p

It's very handy for using an item with a big buff that's offset by a big debuff. Just swap it out, do your special, then swap the original back in and you only have the debuff for a few seconds.
