Sorry - blipped the original post.

I was wondering - what is the format for putting emote character movement into a macro ?

I have seen several Taru do a

/em does the happy Taru dance

and then do the /panic motion.

I have tried variants on /motion etc and can't seem to get anything that works.

thx for your help :)

btw I use the Taru dance as an example as it's the only one I see regularly.

Well as you haven't typed anything i think what you are looking for is for example.

line 1: /em likes to dance and boogy!
line 2: /panic motion

will make my taru character do the panic motion but wont show <name> panics!

Thx for the swift answer - makes me feel kinda stupid having the answer in my own post just staring at me by a strange coincidence ... the one combination I had not tried.

Just an additional, sometimes you'll have trouble trying to do multiple things in a macro if you don't space them out. In other words:

/panic motion
/clap motion

If that doesn't work, you might just need to wait 1 or 2 seconds in between, like this:

/panic motion
/wait 2
/clap motion

Etc.
