Latest Nvidia Detonation drivers, problems. Warning.Follow

Well I'm not really sure on this but I figured I would give you all a warning based on personal experience.

I have a geforce 4 titanium, I have been running the game perfectly fine but it was only slightly fuzzy (names, far away detailed objects) when rotating the camera. So I checked my drivers and they were out of date by a good few months. The latest ones were released on December 9th I think, on the Nvidia website.
Current version I'm using is 45.23 win9x
Latest version is 53.04 win9x

After installing these latest drivers, I noticed a small problem with the game. Everything was normally as it should be, but the ground. The ground was fuzzy and choppy. I zoned into other areas and the fuzziness and choppines of the game still only applied to the ground texture.

So after tweaking some settings and not fixing the problem, I went back to my older drivers. No more choppy ground problems, everything went back to the way it was before.

So just a warning to windows 98 users or whoever else that version of the detonation driver applies to. There may be issues with this latest version and FFXI.
