I guess I'm kinda lost right and dont know whats next. I havent done Mission 2/3 yet but I was wondering Anything else I can do..... Only explored around Bastok area....

Well if it's exp you need you should consider heading for Valkurm Dunes, check the map on this site to find a suitable way.

Valkurm Dunes?? Ok that sounds like a good place to start. Thanx... one more question how do you sub job? like war/mnk?

Quest you do at level 18. Can collect needed items before then though. Look up the quests under quest section.
