Well- another question here. Anyone know where this can be obtained? I have hardly ever seen it for sale, and it's not listed in the database (well, it's listed, but not where it can be obtained)

I believe you can buy it in Jueno. It may be in the shop that you have to have a certain amount of fame to get into, though.
Erm...that shop in Jeuno doesn't help me very much. May I ask what area and/or co-ordinates if possible?

Noble's Ribbon is the HQ version of Scarlet Ribbon meaning if you have enough weaving skill and luck, you can make Noble's Ribbon with the recipe of Scarlet Ribbon. I think you need 50+ weaving skill. Just buy at AH.
