Problem making a character?Follow

I goto create a new character (I have two content ID's or what ever they are called) It starts to load the create a character screen but instead of loading the screen it just sits at a black screen and does nothing... keyboard still works (can ALT+TAB and such) the HDD lite doesnt come on or anything... Any one else having or have had this problem? Or knows how to fix it? I cant find anything in thier Q&A to help the problem and thier tech support still hasnt even gotten back to me on the fact that I cant install the game on my '98 system (even tho it meets the requirements) that I sent to them when the game first hit the shelf. my comp also meets the recommended system specs

Alright updating my vid card driver fixed the problem thanks :)
