Hi, has anyone used conquest points to buy things? Does it take away from the overall conquest?

AFAIK the conquest points you earned are yours to spend as you will, spending them doesn't lower the overall conquest, as those points are tallied as you kill a monster in the particular area.

I bought a couple of the rank 1 pieces so far, and a couple of instant warps.

The items you can buy with Conquest Points are bad ***** The weapons are great and the armor for that particular level is almost the best you can get. I have bought several items so far but mostly scrolls of instant warp and reraise, the Royal Footmans Tunic is great for a lv 10 MNK or mage.
