if im a galka and i start in San d'Oria do i get the San d'Orian Ring or would i have to be a elvaan?
You'd have to be Elvaan. As a Galka you could start in Bastok, though, and get the Bastok ring.
Hmmm I thought you just had to be a WAR to get it. But I dunno I'm Galka and I started out with MNK.
San - Elvaan
Bastok - Galka + Hume
Windurst - Taru + Mithra

I'm pretty sure you can buy the rings as higher lvl conquest items (maybe only if your area is in power), but I'm not positive
I believe you get the ring if you switch alliances - for 10k Gil.
But don't take my word on that. Never tried it myself, so I'm not completely sure.

the rings are r3 items, and i know you can be in first to purchase them, second im not sure, and last is no
