Where can I get a scroll of instant warp?
gate gaurds: for conquest points in my experience
Be warned, it isn't instant, it takes like 10 seconds to cast I think. Only useful to go back to home point outside of battle, or if you have a ability like paladin's or thief's 2 hour which provides immunity to physical attacks, thus preventing interruption.
It can be used to warp out of a battle, you just have to live 10 seconds to use it.

Ok, I guess I should have been more percise and said, when taking melee damage. I assume it may be interrupted however, but I may be wrong, anyone clarify?
Used in combat numerous times, never interrupted.
I've used it in melee combat and it never interupted, it's just that I didn't know it would take so long to start that I got killed then warped back to my home point dead as a door knob. It was a waste of some good conquest points (at the time it was 1500 CP for the scroll).
I was heading to Mhaura when I used mine, a Zombie attacked me and i used pdodge/instant warp expecting to go back to Windurst, boy was I pleasently surprised when I ended up in Mhaura...
Is the scroll a one time use item? What classes can use the scroll?

Some people have refused to believe this, but it's true.
One time I warped out of a hopeless fight and the mob got a final hit on me that dropped me to 0 hp. I reappeared at the front door of my mog house and as I appeared I aimed for the door. The instant the game gave control to me I zoned and recovered my hp rather than falling over dead (I thought I was going to be dead inside my mog house and was ready to take a picture of it)

Any class/level can use it, and it IS a one-off.. It's [EX] too, so you can't have more than one in your inventory at a time.
Good stuff to have if you plan on soloing quests in dangerous areas (choco in, warp out)
I used one at the end of the paladin quest. I did not get interrupted while jelly took half my life points.
I've used the instant warp in combat as well, and never got interrupted.
