Ok I see on different sites including this one spell lists that are not real complete. Final Fantasy vault looks like it has alot, I havn't checked all the sites tho. Now I see in the auction house a list of mage spells (black mage is what I was looking at only) and I dont see some that the sites say. I am curious to know whether the spell osmoses is in the game or not for drain mp. Can anyone tell me?

What was called Osmose in some previous Final Fantasy's is called Aspir in FFXI. The quest to find it is on this site, I believe. It's in San d'Oria, though the spell goes for about 20-25k in the AH, at least on Gilgamesh.

I think you are referring to the quests to get the spells...

The Drain Scroll quest is in Sandoria
The Aspir Scroll quest in in Windhurst
The Blaze of Spikes Scroll quest in in Windhurst
