Geforce 3 TI 200Follow
Is anyone using this graphics card at the moment with FFXI. Trying to find out what settings it will be best on and if there has been any problems. Please let me know. I am trying to get this info for a friend of mine.

I have a Gefore 3, it's not the TI200, but they're close. I can run highest graphics settings across the board with this game. :)
MIP mapping enabled, 1280x1024 overlay on a 1024x1024 background,
my environmental mapping is on smooth, and you can enable bump mapping if it looks better on your machine. :)
<Observation>: The thing that will make this game chunk is the processor speed, not this video card. </Observation>

It also depends on ur CPU power
I used it on a 3200+ rated machine and I can set everything detail and run 1600x1200 without a problem only a little lag when there are a lot of people around.
The best setting out of that machine I used with Ti200 is open every options with FFXI configuartion, 1024 background, 1280x1024.. smooth without a lag at all.
The other machine I used is 1700+ with the same vga card, everything set to low detail, has to close all the deatils in game including weathers, clipping, etc.....
So not only vga card is important.. CPU is also important....
