does anyone know where the San d'Orian immigration office is? I've been trying to apply for citizenship and talked to lots of people in town, but I just can't seem to find it...
any pointers? thanks in advance ^^

It is in North San Doria to the left of Ranparre's Gate(the gate to leave town in North San)
Be wary that it costs GIL to change, The amount depends on the countries conquest place. If San Doria is 1st in conquest it will cost you a whopping 40k gil to change, if they are 3rd it is only 4k.

Also if you have any unfinished missions from another country they won't let you apply.
