I've been using a PS2 controller for bout 2 months now for this game... I gotta recommend it to anyone else who ... err... ANYONE!

Its' friggin awesome, I got the adapter for PS2 controller off Ebay (pretty cheap... $15 for a 2-port and $20-$25 for a 4-port adapter), and it works beautifuly on any game or emulator i've tried.

Basicaly got the D-Pad to move my character, one analog to move the camera, and the other analog for menus...etc.

L1 & R1 for my Macro list =D
L2 for auto-run
R2 for heal

Anyone else using PS2 controller? Id' say 'everyone bloody get one'

Wait, you use the dpad to move your character?? On mine I use the two analog sticks to move and control the camera and the dpad for the menus.

Adjust the resolution of menus.
The main screen resolution for "FINAL FANTASY XI" is dependent on the "Overlay Graphics Resolution" setting.
If the Overlay Graphics Resolution is set higher than the Menu Resolution, menus will be automatically resized.

I thought of it first:

Yup...I don't know how people play the game without it. It's great.

I even went a step further, I just got a wireless PS2 mouse from Radioshack :)
