playonline isn't working.Follow

I didn't see a technical support forum, so i'm going to post here. Please, if i'm not the only one that's had this problem, feed back would be much appreciated.

I bought FFXI a couple days after Halloween. It's been running fine on 2 of my computers. A few days ago I decided to put it on my 3rd computer. I install the game fine, no errors at all. Go into playonline, select FFXI, get all the updates, no problems at all. I reboot, try to play the game again, 2 seconds after double clicking on playonline, this error comes up. Class not Registered.

Hrmmm, odd. I thought it might have been some spyware/virus maybe conflicting with playonline. So I format, reinstall windows xp, defrag, re-install FFXI.

Same problem, Class not Registered. I've emailed playonline, but so far, no response.
