Ok, I have posted some advises in the Japanese Message boards and they gave me some very interesting info reguarding on how Monsters increase their TP.

1. Magical Damage and DoT damage(dia, bio and such) will increase monster TP by +10
2. Monsters get physicaly hit will increase monsters TP by Weapon TP increase +3 *1
3. Monster hits the player will increase monsters TP which relates to their attack delay *2

Some exceptions:
- Enfeeblements with no damage component (paralize slow and such) will not add TP.
- If damage dealt to you or them is 0, their TP won't increase.
- Additional Damage like En-thunder and such won't add to their tp when hit.

*1: This means, if your weapon is a 1 handed sword, your TP will increase 6 per hit. If it was a hand to hand it will increase 10 (5 each). So if a 1handed sword strikes the monster, they will increase TP by 9, 13 if its hand to hand. DAMAGE DOESN'T MATTER! If they hit for 1+ damage they WILL gain the given TP.

*2: Monsters has their attack delays and their TP increase when they hit us will vary. Here is the list.

Delay TP increase
180 - 480 5
480+ 12
780+ 16

When monsters TP attack is interrupted via Stun spell, Shield Bash, or Weapon Bash their TP will decrease significantly.

I hope this answers to why in some ocations the mages should not melee in some cases. Even if you dealth 1 damage to the mob it will net significant amount of TP to the mob and they will repetidly use their TP skill once they reach 100. If you sometimes notice the mob is doing more TP attacks than what you have experienced before, tell the mages (including red mages dealing 1 digit damages to an IT mob) to stop, will cause more and more TP attacks from the mob.
