I have been looking for the best north american server i mean this as in most english players and (if there not all the same) least lag.

Ummm someone would have to have an account on each NA server to answer this question... Otherwise your gonna get a lot of "My server is best"... BTW My server IS the best!
All of the servers are going to have a nice mixture of English and Japanese speaking players. Its not like you're going to join a random server and find out you're the only NA player there. Ragnarok is the most crowded if you like having a ton of other players around, Im on Titan and like the nice mix of English/Japanese speaking players. Always enough around, but not so many that you cant get into a group because of overpopulated areas. :)
Haha, whichever server you get should be good. For the most part I feel that a good mixture of american and japanese players is best, but then again I have a basic understanding of the Japanese language.
The only thing I dislike about heavily ***. servers is that I feel kind of doofy running around being level 15 while there's lvl 75 Japanese there watching.

I have seen tons of English speaking people on Ragnarok.
There are also quite a few on Fenrir, and we were the 1st to kill all the Twinkling Treants =)

I hate these types of threads... basically wherever you go, on any server, theres going to be lots of english and japanese players. Deal with it. If you dont like it... go back to EQ or DAoC.
And as for the Fenrir... yes they were the first to beat it, but that may also mean lotsa power-player japanese people would have helped.
Any server is great.
