It seems very strange that you cannot plan ahead and keep a mob debuffed in this game.
It seems that once a spell like "silence" is cast on a mob, I cannot just cast it again to refresh before it wears off, but I need to wait for it wear off before I can cast it again.
This seems very strange and not very efficient way to have them work.
It seems to punish people to put everyone on even footing no matter what type of forethought or strategy you use.
In EQ, you could keep a mob slowed, or mezzed, or snared, or rooted as long as you refreshed the spell before the old one wore off. That set apart the good caster from the bad.
This game seems to make have to worry about those spells wearing off and it allows the caster mobs to get in a few more casts that they shouldnt be able to if we were allowed to use the spells correctly.
Am I just not seeing this correct, or do they actually precent you from debuffing over older ones?
