Perplexing spotFollow

Hey all,
Typetenchi here/TT for short. If your on the Ifrit server hunting in Val region outside of Selbina you've probably seen me runnin around. Anyway to get to the point, I was lvl'n up with a random party of people the other day on the far west side of Val at one of the beaches. While the party was resting I was wandering around when accross the shore line I stumbled upon a single point in the water with "?????" across it. It appeared to be a harvesting spot so decided to chop me some weeds but when I got there and clicked it a message came up that simply said "You sense a great evil here..." and that was it. You can click on it several times and it never goes away and everyone around me was able to click it and get the same message. So basically what Im asking is what the heck is that?! Does anyone know what it is or what to do there?? Its been bothering me like crazy! So any tips and info would be great thanks!.
