Where do you change the keyboard controls?Follow
Ive looked all over and cant find it. I can only find where to use a gamepad.

Go to your main menu, an choose "Config". Under that menu you'll see a "Misc." and "Misc. 2" options...choose "Misc 2" and you'll see the option to choose 2 different style of keyboard configs. Refer to your manual for which config is which.
but can i not totally change the controls? Like if i want to make my walk buttons I,J,K, and L

You can make your walk controls IJKL if you wanted
