Best Race for 2 class combo ? > Info Needed <Follow

I have 2 class combo for my friend and me but not really idea about best race for them ! Could u help us ?

White Mage / Summoner ??

Thief / Ranger ??

Best for WHM/SMN = Taru
Best for THF/RNG = Mithra

But stats mean sh*t, be what you like.

It is in most people's opinion that Elvaans do not make good casters. Elvaan can make an interesting White Mage becuase they have the highest Mind rating in the game, which makes their white mage spells more effective. However, Elvaan are next to Galka with the lowest magic points in the game.

I leveled an Elvaan White Mage to 18, up til then I did okay. I did not run out of mana in a fight, and was able to add some damage to the fight.

However, once I started using Cure II and Curaga it became obvious I did not have much mana. Hume have a bit more mana then Elvaan, but TaruTaru have even more. If you want to be a dedicated caster I advise Tarutaru. If you want more of a challenge, and be able to take and give a few hits, pick an Elvaan. For a balanced caster, which I did okay as try a Hume.
