Graphics and ResolutionFollow

When I first install FFXI on my PC, I notices that the trees will move and there were grass sticking out(3D) from the ground. But seems like after a few updates, tree doesn't move.... no more 3d grass sticking out from the group except for flat texture grass floor. Right now my FFXI's graphic is not as good as Asheron's call 2 if I have to say. Anyone knwo if they made any changed to it? Anyone else has the same problem besides me? Should I reinstall the game? I'm using 1024X1024 and the other is 1280X1024(somehing like that)... all texture uncompress.... use MIP... use BUMP & Smooth....
