Economic ProcessingFollow

Okay, I just tried posting this from my Pocket PC but I pushed the wrong button and lost it all, too much to redo so I'll do it from my desktop now.

Anyways here's the thing:

Does anyone know how long it takes for items to process out of the economy that were sold to shops?

I ask for this very reason. I started off selling one whole piece of Dhalmel Meat to the shop. They were buying for 197 a piece. So seeing that nice price tag I decide to go kill more Dhalmel. After a long day of killing Dhalmel I have 50 pieces of meat. Take it back to the shop and now they are only buying for I think it was 49 a piece!

After that run-in with economics I decided to see if it was just based on how much you had in your posession at the time and get myself one more piece. Come back and it sells for the same low price of 49. Then an idea hits me... maybe it's just that shop. I take off runnin to another one to check this out, NOPE boy was I wrong. Same price.

Which is leading me to making this post to see if anyone has already figured this out or can help with figuring this out.

Did the shop sell dhamel meat to? If you try to buy something in say a guild shop, if you notice the price is grey then its inflated because alot of that item has been bought in last couple of game days. But if no one buys the item over next 2 or 3 game days the price comes back down. This also affects your selling price. The more popular the item is at any given time the more you get for selling it to the shop.

While you were collecting the dhalmel meats did the weekly national standings update. (I'm assuming you're in Windurst.) If Windurst changed position in the world rankings, that would influence the prices goods buy and sell for outside the AH.

~~~***~~~POST CLOSED~~~***~~~
Sorry guys, I was spose to remove this last nite, but it didn't post for quite some time and the power kept goin off. It was just a horrible mistake. I had got my original price of 197 from a piece of Dhalmel Hide that I had in my inventory. Only after selling all that Dhalmel Meat did I realize when I went to sell more stuff, I had a piece of Dhalmel Hide sitting in my inventory which magically sold for.... 197.
And by the way, no it wasn't a guid shop. It was the magic shop in Port Windust. But I checked the selling price at other shops and it was the same.
