Galka's job combinationsFollow

What does everybody think about galka's support job being thieves at lvl 18. I am still not sure what i think would be a good suppport job for a galka due to their lack of mp. Then later on down the road i was thinking 70 paladin/35 warrior for the ultimate tank. Paladins look good b/c they pretty much just cast protect protect and cure.

So what do you guys think would be good job combo's and why.

Artesian Lvl 13 Galka Warrior(Phoenix)

The Galkan Pally/War combination almost seems like it was ment for that race. I too am working on a Galkan Pally/War. But just to screew around with my warrior, i created a War/Whm. Kind of like a sudo-Paladin. Yes, the war had almost no mp.

But the ultimate combo i'm working towards is a Pally/Whm. Imagin, the fighting abilities amd group bonus of a Pally and the ability of a Whm Raise spell. muhahaha.... The ability to take life and give it back.

Galka PLD here...

I chose monk as a sub for my warrior to lvl 30. The reason I did this was because WAR/MNK is a very good tank. I had more hp than anyone else in my party, and I was always the main tank (something you need to practice being for paladin). The boost in vitality, as well as boost and counterattack are very nice.

You really don't need to go WAR/WHM to get your healing skills up...Galka have the second highest mind(to elvaan). You'll be cureing for 30 by the early teens...even if you start with a healing skill at 0 (I did). And pleeeeease don't go pld/whm.

Do what you want, but being a paladin is 95% being main tank, and 5% healing (especially if you are a galka, you have enough mp to cast cures for hate between provokes, not much else) Work on hate allocation and keeping the mob on you. That way by the time you get to become a paladin, you will have it down pat.

last time i went to electronics boutique they said it was due out in March sometime, it may have been pushed back since then though. The game's supposed to be sold with the harddrive too.
