Locked out of EQ accountFollow

Can you log in at Sony website? With the old log in for those accounts?I always receive and e-mail after a petition is started did you change e-mails since the old account?

They never delete characters (except a couple times they've purged characters that were below 10th level on inactive accounts). Assuming your characters were not all sub-10, they should all be there. Are you logging into the correct account? Or still in the temp/free account waiting to get your old account reactivated? Did you move your characters to another account? Did you ever allow someone else to use your account? There's a long list of possible explanations for what's going on.

I might also suggest that calling people idiots because they don't instantly fix your vaguely worded (at least on here so far) problem might not be the best way to get good service and a fast resolution.
