Hello,
The first thing I would try is to exit EQ. Then restart the EQ patcher, and do a file check from the patcher by clicking on the "Advanced Tools" button in the bottom left corner of the patcher (this button looks like: 2 gear symbols), after having logged in your password but before pressing play.
A menu will drop down after pressing the "Advanced Tools" button. Click on "Validate Game Assets" and let it do the EQ file check. When complete, press play and go in game and check if it corrected itself..
If not, then I would send a petition with the same info in your post to the TSR's, who will probably forward this to their accounts. Either in game or through the EQ Site's "Support" section.

tried it but it did niot work thank you though
Then you have to go to plan B, and open a ticket/send in a petition. It may take some time but they usually solve it, in the end.

They did away with silver accounts a while back. Older accounts who previously had it were grandfathered in, but new accounts that pay for a month revert to plain old FTP (I am not sure if they still call it bronze). So, unless you had it before, a new account will not get silver. And if you did have it before, yes,, as above, try a petition is really your only bet.
