Links not workingFollow

For the last several days, when I try to follow links to certain quests or items, I am getting errors. This is one that I get when I try to go to The Crystal Bloom:

Is it my computer that is the problem, or the site? This has been happening for several different links that I have been trying to get to.

Started for me a moment ago. *withdrawal and spasms*
