The recipes should fill out over time in this link, under "The Darkened Sea" subsection :

Edit: At the time of this post, in the link above, under "The Darkened Sea" subsection. The Brief Guide incorrectly says "A brief guide to Call Of Forsaken Tradeskills" instead of.." A brief guide to The Darkened Sea Tradeskills". But if you click on the incorrectly labelled guide, it appears to show the correct books that you could scribe to learn the recipes.
