Manifested tunicFollow

There seems to be a mess up in effects from Manifested tunic, the effects of pyre of marnek are better on the boreal then on the manifested, the stats are better but the effects are worse can you up grade the manifested tunic to be better effects then the boreal so its a real up grade for me.
