I seem to recall one of those zones (Erudin) being borked. Not sure if it ever got fixed or not either. Couldn't find any quick posts about it, but only used google and didn't even look on the support forums to see if any mention on any of the first pages.

not sure I think I got it ok, have you tried zoning into it and camping and loging back in to that toon. Would be my only idea before just /bug it and hope it gets fixed next patch.
