Greetings everyone! I'm pleased to announce that <Lost in Progression> will now be taking applications. LiP is the new premier EverQuest progression guild located on the Trakanon server. Currently we have over 60 members with 30+ at level 50! We have already taken down Naggy/Vox/Phinny and are working our way in Fear and Air. Our goal is to progress from Classic to as far as we can push this little adventure of ours!
We are in need of a few classes at this time:
Bards <high need>
Clerics <high need>
Druids<high need>
Enchanters <high need>
Rouges <high need>
Wizards <high need>
Paladins <medium need>
We do not allow mercs at this time because we strongly encourage grouping.

I am pleased to announce that we here at LiP have passed a vote that now allows players 1-34 to use mercs! We don't want any new recruits feeling left out because as the weeks pass, we are starting to become very top heavy.

More power to ya Videri! I personally am not a fan of mercs but the guild held a vote and thought it best to allow em till 34. I do very much see the need for them on Trak and in this day and age of EQ were low level groups can be hard to come by.
So you're one of the double agents!?' :P
And for your question about the Pathfinders...if they are here then I'd love to pitch LiP towards them because we can always use more members for this great little adventure of ours!

I am happy to report that the community within the guild is strong and supportive, with members willingly helping one another through grueling battles and boring camps along with well-oiled exp groups and exciting raids. According to my last count of total tagged members, minus alts, boxes, and mules, we have over 90 unique members. In addition, there is a steady flow of new faces joining us as the days go by.

<Lost In Progression> is a new guild dedicated to experiencing Everquest content from classic forward. With over 90 members and growing every day, we are currently adventuring in Classic and Kunark content, on our way to Velious and beyond.
Primary guild rules:
-In-era gear and spells only (we are currently in Kunark). No defiant, Gloomingdeep, combatant's, etc.
-current era level cap: 60
-recruitment level cap: 50 (new characters must join the guild at or below level 50)
-members may use mercs only when groups are absolutely unavailable, as we strongly encourage grouping. For those that prefer grouping over moloing/boxing, we are starting a weekly group night. PM me and I'll keep you up-to-date on that.
Current activities:
-members are helping each other with their epic quests
-we are progressing through the Kunark raid targets
-see these screenshots and stories for a taste of what it's like to be a member of this group.

Since the last update, <LiP> has "discovered" Velious and completed the Ring War for the first time (the first of many). There are many weeks left in Velious, though, so new members have plenty of time to roll characters! If you're considering coming along, read on.

I wanted to give you all a quick update as to what Lost in Progression has been up to for the past few weeks. Since fabled mobs have returned to dormancy, LiP has taken down several of the top raid targets in Velious. King Tormax, Dozekar, Tunare, Vulak and even the Avatar of War have been on the losing end of their most recent LiP encounters. We still have plenty of Velious content left and raid targets to take down (multiple times) so it's not too late to catch the Velious raid scene!

I am pleased to announce that <Lost in Progression> will be hosting a special night every Tuesday called.....Throwback Tuesday! With Luclin era content not being very "group" friendly, we have decided to hold an open invention group night!
Already have a low to mid level toon on Trakanon? Want to make a level 1 and gain experience the fun way with 5 other people? Then come on out!
Goal- To get as many non-merc groups going as we can while we gain experience in one of the best EverQuest era's..Classic! With EverQuest being a social game, we want to try and "recapture" those fun times we have all had!
Where and When- Every Tuesday, hop on the Trakanon server around 8pm est and join the channel LiP:BillMurray.
Guidelines- We only ask that you try and keep the gear and zones as close to Classic as you can.
Do I have to join <Lost in Progression> to take part in this?- Not at all! We are just looking for fellow adventurers to group and experience in Classic EverQuest

I just want to keep everyone posted here that we are now making a push to take down the big bad snake known as Emperor Ssraeshza aka "Snuggle Poo" as some of our members have been calling him.
I have updated our current class needs list and will post it below, but as always we encourage you to play whatever class you love because we are here for the long haul!
