There is a clickie one from OMM Brews.. but I think that is not practical at your level. So.. use the spell?

I've played 3 chanters as mains (never to "cap at that time").

1st chanter mostly grouped and used shiny bob (animation). Let tank build some aggro... tash... slow... unless group had bad DPS mob would be dead before I could do more. Really good groups I would tash and buff as mobs would die faster than I could cast slow... Sometimes a chanter even gets to mez. Solo (or pulling for the group)... pull with tash

2nd chanter charm soloed, which I still always started with tash. Unless it was really risky and the irresistible charm spell (some level ranges have those) was workable.

3rd chanter was on Mayong Server (started at level 51) so I geared up to look like a priest of discord and was a free-buff-bot at level 60.

Most situations you want the single target tash line rather than the "wind of" ones that hit an area.
