Question on HoT armor on FVFollow

Recently hit 82 on my cleric and mage and my buddy with his shaman. I had a buyer buying all the needed abstruse remnants. Now I have started "trying" to buy the Enigmatic remnants. I am offering 20k each, I got one so far but wonder if my price is too low or if I am dreaming to buy the raid remnants?

The other question, after reading on the progression, I don't see a way for the 3 of us (with mercs) to do the Tier 1 raid to get the items, we are just casual players...

Hello,

If your entire group is at lvl 82, you should not attempt HOT group progression far less raid (if even possible at lvl 82) until you gain a few levels (ie lvl 85 minimum or lvl 88 optimum imo.
Unless you have high level help which would change the ball game for you..

Not sure if the rules changed but as far as I know, to request raid missions you need to have two groups of six minimum (no mercs allowed for raid content). But in reality (lvl cap at 100) you would still need a near full raid force to defeat HOT raid events - anyone feel free to correct me if they know its possible or even allowed with 2 groups of lvl 100's at this point.

In case you did not know, the HOT T1 group gear that you already have could be upgraded to HOT- T2 and can be equipped from lvl 82 which is where your at.

Edit :Sorry, Completely overlooked that your on FV server.

I have a bazaar scout on FV and from the prices there for some of the raid armor, drops etc, I would not be surprised if the going price is considerably more than 20K for the Remnants you need.

Re: FV.. Thought all or most group and raid gear on FV was tradeable, if so there would be no need to do raid progression if you got the plat.Smiley: smile

Good luck .

Yeah. Level 82 is when Recondite becomes wearable. Also a number of the non-visible pieces are tagged at that level as well.

I just need to say that my brain still reads HOT as Halls of Testing and makes me spend precious time thinking "Why does a level 82 character want Halls of Testing armor?"
