EQ Item Collector Not Collecting ProfilesFollow

Hello,

Checked the forums for a fix but found nothing so starting a new post.

I have been using the collector for sometime but profiles do not display correct name nor can these incorrect profiles be uploaded Error: permission denied, incorrect login or not premium.

I do have a premium account and can add characters manually but the item collector can't do that at all.

I exported a character to an html file and scanned it, I have noticed right at the bottom that money banked and money shared are wrong.

The following amounts are recorded in the html file

Banked -65536pp 65536gp -16777216sp -1cp
Shared 1778384895pp

I have definitely cleared out the bank and shared money and all plat and coins are on my character but still the exported file contains these errors.

I deleted the db file and item log files and started eq collector and the above is the result.

Any chance to get this looked at ?


Also I am playing a 2nd character that can be uploaded even though it has a dodgy name but I can not export the character to an html file.
html file available if needed also the db file if required.

ah well after 8 + years supporting alla's in one form or another it is time I stopped giving them money to like magelo, there are other places that I can get quest information from and really who cares that much about stats any more with EQ mudflation following wow mudflation.
