i need help...Follow

First thing is you have to run it while EQ is running and have logged in a toon. Once you've done that, bring it up by double-clicking on the icon in the system tray. Click on File | Profiles. Pick a character. Click either Upload or Export.

To know where it exported them to, Click on Options | Setings. Make sure Profiles support is checked and use the button to browse to where you want them stored. The default is the same directory the item collector is installed in. It appears it is still a bit buggy, as I show funky lettering for some of my character names and this is reported in the feedback section. Hopefully you can get it do what you want though.

You should make sure it's working by turning off quiet mode and see if it sees any of your items when you log in a character. If you're using a wireless network interface, you'll want to get an updated winpcap at http://www.winpcap.org/install/default.htm but it still may not detect your interface. Having the wrong interface selected could be the problem as well. It should list the ones it can detect in Options | Settings.

Better still is just use Magelo's tool, since Lucy is having some trouble atm. Last time I checked the Magelo was working fine and is free. I'm just not positive if it uploads entire bank or not. I guess you need premium there to see / manage bank online. I could be off, but that's how it appears.
