I am currently leveling an sk and just got him to 66. I thought I would be able to group him with my 97 since the old rule of thumb, level * 1.5, has always seemed to hold true but he does not get xp. I am on 100% regular xp. Anyone know if they changed something?

Max 30 level difference.

So it's level * 1.5, with a maximum level difference of 30. This change was made way back in the HoT era, if I remember right.
