I haven't seen one drop in about 5-6 weeks now, and I play pretty much every day. They still dropped for me well after RoF launch, but I haven't seen once since early January.
Anyone else seen them in non-RoF zones recently?

I haven't seen them drop either, not sure if they were a pre launch thing. Also have had a few on my trader and they haven't moved either.
I checked my logs, last one I got was Christmas Day, so they definitely were dropping post-launch. And I've never been to RoF, all my drops were from level 55-75 hotzones.
If they turned them off, it was never announced. A little disappointing.
