How was everyone's double experience weekend? Get any uber aa's? Levels?

For me, I worked on my baby Shadowknight. Went from level 55 to 61 and went from 145 aa's to 475 aa's. A bit much, I admit. But, I'm super addicted and obsessed with getting them at an early level. *giggle* After all that, I also decided to get my level 91 wizard another 100 aa's. I didn't do much more, because I was feeling burnt out.

Played my crew up to level 89 from 88. Added another 100-150 aa's...watched your general chat as Gooshy and thoroughly enjoyed the weekend ;-)

I am working at getting essences for SoD tier 4 armor..currently killing unsuspecting mobs in Tosk.

Rotated my 6 active toons, Jonwin, Fenogre, Adeste, Courtin, Jonwinnie and Muir, plus Elnes original toon Primrose(x) through LOD burns and an extra exp pot. Got jonwin to 80! Approaching 500 aa on all the other toons. I also spent an hour getting a friendly PL on my 34 mage who is now 51. (As if I needed another toon to play.)
Since I was working the weekend all this was done Late Friday afternoon and evening, Sat eve for about 4 hours and a long haul sunday to early monday morning 7 PM to 230 Am. (Had monday off.)

As usual, I was late to the game, and only got an hour or two in before it was over. Mostly just helped some ppl level some at the Farm, with Yther for a while, then getting Octavia to try out playing on a Silver account, her Mage.

Yther Ore.

I actually played a little myself, and managed to get a little more work done on my Clerics 1.0 (He's just got farming pearlescent fragments left, then a fight), but I did NOT know...that at level 65 for 9 AA...he could get a 12 second recast AA rez /facepalm.

I'm still going to finish the quest on him, but at least now I will have 2 mana free rez buttons.

I worked on my baby Enchanter. Got him to 21 and stopped xp'ing to practice his crowd control spells and methods with my twinked level 20 druid tanking.

Then on Saturday evening I played my main 3box (90 Nec/SK/Shm) with a returnee friend, 85 Mage (no mercs) aaxping in Feerott2 for a good 4 hour session. Got about 30 aas each on the SK and Necro while the Shammy got 39-40 aas as he is still under the aa bonus cap. My friend got his Mage from 85 to 87 and then got some aas also.

Sunday, I finally levelled my Necro main solo to 91 (hardly played in groups since the RB nerf Smiley: disappointed) then set him back to aas to max out any new ranks of aas before levelling again.

Sunday night I went back to my 21 Enchanter for an hour or so, upgrading some gear and getting spells for the 20's...

I must mention to anyone thinking of starting new characters, how convenient it is to be able to get all the lower level spells in POK library.
Instead of spending the once customary 4-7 hours running all over Norrath like in the past.

All in all a good weekend for me in EQ..

I got in about 6 or 7 hours over the weekend, and made 3 levels and 130 AA's on my low 60s necro. Certainly not that impressive, but I'm newly returned to the game, and still getting in the groove with the necro.

One big factor was the overcrowding in the hotzones. Spent little time there, but didn't know immediately what to do. Went to Droga, and found the mobs were too green to be worthwhile. Then I went to Chardok, and that was better. Then (for the first time on any char) found Chardok B, and that was even better, all LB and DB mobs.

And the best part of my time in Chardok: I was usually the only person there, so no running out of spawns.

Tat

PS - Also took advantage of the triple SC, to the tune of a $15 card (plus WalMart bonus) on each account. I bought a Trademaster's Satchel for the necro, and, boy, was that ever money well spent! An extra 30 slots (40 slot vs. the 10 slot it replaced), and it automatically put all the tradeskill mats there, so I didn't have to sort through everything when I hit the vendor :)

The secret is to make it the first or second bag in your inventory. Then when it goes to drop new items in it, only the TS mats will go in it. If the items aren't TS mats, they go in a later bag. Works like a charm :)

With the help of a friend, ground out about 3000 AA on my SK. Plan is, get her AA'd up and she can PL/bootstrap the others. Used several of my stockpiled ceremonial elixirs but it was well worth it. So far, in the last two weeks, she's gone from 7% into 90/263 AA to 90 (full bar) and 5386 AA. I owe it to Sandy keeping me in NYC 5 days longer than planned and then a week off work after I finally got out (due to moving).

And yes, Gooshy is quite the character and has quite a few admirers. Smiley: smile
