Monk Abilities casting automatically. :: World of Warcraft

Has anyone else had an issue with their abilities casting all on their own? My monk casts mend as soon as I log in and then well in combat Throw stone and Shimmering Silhouette cast themselves even when I have no target. It is really driving me nuts. Thanks for feedback!

Have you bound those abilities to hot keys and don't realize it? A hot key can be bound to do to two different things so, for example, if you have your MEND hot key bound to the same hot key as FORWARD every time you move your monk will attempt to mend.
