Progression ServersFollow

I would like to create a thread for those of us who are curious about the progression servers. I would be willing to go and buy the all access pass to SOE if I knew where the progression servers are for their various games. Right now I just play based on Station Cash.
Is there a progression server that is still in the very early days of EQ? (One released after Fippy Darkpaw?) What expansion is Fippy on for that matter?
Would appreciate any and all info and keeping this thread fresh I think may help out more than just myself.
