It was a rainy Saturday, spent a little time getting my j5 merc!

I started that particular game arc about two years ago, but is finished now ;-)

Anyone else do anything in game?

Out of game my better half and I took a ride to Walden, Colorado on the two wheeler yesterday had lunch, enjoyed a slightly overcast day in the open air and took lots of fall pictures.

Grats on J5 merc access. Pine, pine, everywhere; It is Colorado though. Nice pics.

Nothing in-game for me this last week / -end. I spent some time, but it was just verifying something or another, that I don't even remember now. Need to get back to AAing some toons to fill in the AA wiki pages. Redid some wikis lately. In particular, the containers pages today and the Tribute items pages a few days ago.

Played a little, accomplished very little.

However, I did see a double feature of The Old Dark House and the original Dracula with Bela Lugosi.

The Old Dark House was better. It was one of the first films to mix horror and comedy. And so many of its elements seem like direct antecedents to Rocky Horror (a couple trapped by a storm seeks shelter in an old mansion full of rich weirdos, etc.).

Dracula moves very slow. And has no fangs. Literally.

Both movies had great sets, though.

Over the weekend I rotated my BL and Druid through bloody kith tasks grinding out aa.
Took Jonwin and ranger to Ashengate. Garnered about 30 aa between them as well as some exp. Nice group also had a bard and rogue in it.
Spent a few min in Veraglid mines, but since we had no cc or single puller eventually had to evac.
Sunday Elne Clare and I went to Annapolis, met up with a friend I hadn't seen in over 15 years as she was out in Iowa and now is in the Czech republic. Grand meal and walking about until I drove her and an associate to the train station here.

It is very hard to stay out of it... especially when rl slows down in the fall and winter.
