Anyone know of a good tutorial for Charm Kiting?
The only ones I can find are old.
I'm looking for what spells to use and where to do it around level 44ish.

Swarm kiting is old so there's a good chance that the guide you found is still valid. Unless you have a click invis item you are probably better off using a J1 tank merc in old zones till 60 or so.
