Look in your Sony folder in your Prog files...then open the Everquest files.

You should see a folder called Screens.

I use a laptop, but have always done it the overly difficult way (using the print screen key and pasting the result in MSPaint or another photo program and saving it from there)

If you look on your laptop keyboard, there is probably a - (minus) sign on the :/; key. You need to hit function to use it. I think, but am not positive, that this is the key you use as well for taking screenshots.

So, it would be Fn + ;

..also F10 will clear your UI, for nicer screenies.

In game, click on the options button. Then click on the tab for keyboard functions. In that list, the "screenshot" has a key or 2 you can affix to it. Set it to whatever you desire. Usually it is the "-" key. After taking a few pics, follow what rascricket said. I hope that helps.

Your number pad is still there. It just shares other keys now. Look at the J, K, and L keys. You should see the numbers 1, 2, and 3 printed on them in a different color. To use the numbers instead of letters, press the "Fn" key with it. For a screenshot, you'd press the "Fn" and ";" keys together.

Screenshots are stored in C:/Program Files/Sony/EverQuest/Screenshots.

That's what I did on my laptop too, set the screenshot function to the "End"-key...

So ... if I set "End" as my screenshot key, then ... where do I go to actually get that screenshot and print it?

Wow, world record necro post, 6 years :)

Doesn't matter what the key is, the screenshots still go to the same place. The /screenshots sub-directory in the game's installation directory.
