I havent run the quest enough to be positive, but its missing from lucy and magelo, so if they exist, they either don't drop anymore - or just as likely, it's a decent item, but a 1% drop rate - the gnome quest isnt too quick to do, no one would do it for these. or they just dont exist. heh.
actually, log on to the fv bazaar - if they come up in /buyer, they exist on a real player somewhere on some server and thus must have actually dropped - if they dont come up, no actual player has them
