Account key not working? Help please?Follow

Every time I put in a game card account key it says that it is invalid. I tried every letter combo I could think of to see if I was mixing up the characters written on the card and it didnt work. Currently installed, I have the Everquest game, Ruins of Kunark, Shadows of Luclin, and the Scars one...Can anyone please help me or tell me if it has happened to them? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I sent an e-mail in to tech-support but they havent answered yet...

Not sure if SoE is honoring the older game cards or not. Do you have the physical card in hand and was the scratch off covering still implace? If you purchased it off and ingame auction for plat you may be the victum of a scam
