Bah bah bah I did all 5 missions/tasks and go back to Zigan and no reward.
Did trick or treat and pumpkiny stuff before patch, but as they say that trick or treat was fine, I only redid the pumpkiny stuff one ( and she said thank you, no card or potion as reward) and now I hail Zigan and he say the things you start the whole thing with.
So guildie suggested to use illusion potion, did that and same story no mask grrrrr
What am I doing wrong?

you need to get the quest from her again, not just run up and hand her the stuff :-( (sounds like thats what you did )
i did it again after patch, got another card ( i now have 6 of the frikin things) and another 5 dose potion. but i made sure i did the entire dialog again with her, she gave me the recipies again, i then handed her the 5 treats again.
