Last night in Pok I heard some OOC chat about Temp being Nerfed. One cleric said she could no longer cast temp "on the young ones" A level 22 responded that he could not get temp. Was this an issue just with our server MS or has Temp been nerfed so that low level toons can not get it?
If so anyone know the new level to be able to get temp?

I got it fine with my 35 shaman yesterday.
Some people are like slinkies, they aren't really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

Could be I was there with my 40 Beast and got temp just fine when i noticed the complaint in OOC. I was not in POK long enough to hear all the chat. Kind of like getting in on a conversation in the middle... never quite know what you are hearing. My toons are all high enough but have freinds that would not like it. My wife has a 35 cleric and is committed to self only buffs so she wont mind.
i buffed a lvl 14 warrior last night in one of my "free" buffing moods i do now and then when i am bored, it landed just fine.
I got a temp with my 15 Shaman today.

If they had put a level restriction on Temperance you would have heard about it. There would have been 25 threads on 6 different websites.
If there was a level restriction, I would guess BELOW level 20. You people who are 35 and 40 would get it fine since it is a LEVEL 40 cleric spell now.
The likely thing is you had a higher level druid spell [higher than level 40] cast on him (Skin like Diamond maybe?) which would block Temperance. OR he had 5 minutes left on Temperance cast by a level 65 cleric and a level 45 cleric tried to refresh it.

Actually, a few months ago Temp received the opposite of a nerf. It used to be clerics couldn't cast Temp until level 44 (or was it 46?).
I remember camping my level 40 cleric right on the turn-in spot before they took the servers down for the patch. After the patch I logged in and did the turn-in (I was afraid that if I had the spell parchment pre-patch that it wouldn't update with the new lower level).

I remember when clerics had to carry around a bag full of peridots to cast Temp. Boy was I happy when they got rid of that!
