Makes them worth less plat to a lot of people, regardless of stats.
Over the last 15 months, we've traveled to every corner of the United States. I've now been in 57 states? I think one left to go.

That's only recently true.
Up until a few weeks ago you could hand worn attunable items to an NPC in NC called Gorovoth, and he would hand them back unattuned.
That was nerfed for obvious reasons.

I havea few items on my monk that are attuneable that are really good stats so I'm not so unhappy about resale value really but it would help cut down on bank junk if you could hock em maybe to vendors or tribute maybe.
